The Rotary Club of River Ayeyarwady (RCRA), District 3350, successfully concluded its annual Club Leadership Retreat in preparation for the upcoming Rotary Year 2026–2027 (marking Rotary Year 122). The strategic event was held from June 21 to 22 at the Ngalaik Kantha Eco Resort in Naypyidaw.
Key Focus Areas and Strategic Objectives
During the two-day immersive session, club leaders and members engaged in collaborative planning to map out the club’s upcoming roadmap. The discussions centered on three core pillars:
- Targeted Humanitarian Initiatives: Designing high-impact, sustainable community service projects tailored to address the urgent needs of underserved areas.
- Organizational Growth and Fellowship: Facilitating discussions to strengthen member unity, enhance internal engagement, and foster long-term institutional growth.
- Visionary Ideation: Exchanging innovative ideas across multiple sectors, directly aligned with the global mandates to “Unite for Good” and “Create Lasting Impact.”

Looking Ahead to a New Chapter of Service
Driven by a shared dedication to civic duty and a revitalized spirit of collaboration, RCRA’s leadership and members are fully equipped to launch meaningful, community-centric initiatives in the new Rotary Year.
We extend our gratitude to all participating leaders for their dedication. We invite our partners, well-wishers, and the wider community to stay tuned as we embark on this next chapter of impactful services.
